My kids have kind of gotten spoiled (okay, REALLY spoiled in this area) when it comes to choosing their Valentines! They love choosing their Valentines and then helping me design them and come up with cute Valentine puns!

My youngest decided she absolutely needed to have Cat Valentines, and these are what we came up with! She HAD to pair it with a handmade pink furry cat Valentine box, but that was a whole adventure within itself.

I have a LOT of free printable Valentines on my site! You can find Fortnite Valentines, JoJo Siwa Valentines, Ryan’s World Valentines, Blippi Valentines, Animal Crossing Valentines, and even Slime Valentines!

How do you make these Cat Valentines?

Step 1: Gather your supplies.

When you print out your Cat Valentines, this is what they will look like! They print out six-to-a-page, and there are six different designs as shown!

You will need:

  • Free Printable Cat Valentines File
  • Cardstock Paper
  • Scissors
  • Writing Utensil

Step 2: Cut them out.

It’s super important to use cardstock paper to make these, and not regular paper. Regular paper will tear and bend easily and will end up being a disappointment.

Include the kids on this one if they’re old enough! Let them cut along the simple rectangles with scissors – that’s what I did for most of my daughter’s, and she loved helping!

Step 3: Add the name.

When you’re done cutting them out, kids can fill in their name on the “from” section at the bottom of the Valentines.

Depending on the size of their Valentine party, kids could get overwhelmed with this task, so be prepared to help if need be.

Hand out the cards alone, or pair them with a cute cat-themed snack or treat for a fun Valentine party favor!
