I love celebrating people with creative gifts! It’s literally my favorite thing in the world to give people gifts – it’s how I show love! Creative gifts don’t have to be expensive, and gift ideas like this You’re All That and a Bag of Chips gift are perfect for so many things.

I made this into a sort of non-floral bouquet, and it amped up the gift SO much versus just giving a bag of chips with the cute tag – or at least it does to me!

This only takes a few minutes to put together, and I found the crate at Walmart for $3.50, so it’s a really inexpensive gift!

If you’re just here for the free printables, and don’t want to read the tips on printing and instructions on how to put these together below, then you can get those HERE.

How do you make this All That And A Bag Of Chips Gift?

Step 1: Gather your supplies.

You will need:

  • Free Printable All That and a Bag of Chips Tag
  • Small Bags of Chips (I used a variety bag)
  • Small Wooden Crate (or other container – rectangle works best)
  • Paper Shred
  • Floral Foam
  • Bamboo Skewers
  • Hot Glue Gun
  • Cardstock
  • Scissors

Step 2: Glue in the floral foam.

I just used a couple squares of cheap floral foam and glued them in the bottom of the wooden crate. This just keeps it from wiggling around.

Tuck some of the paper shred around the edges to cover any empty spots.

Step 3: Add the paper shred.

Put some more paper shred over the top of the floral foam before inserting the bamboo skewers. It’s much easier this way!

I buy my paper shred at the dollar store, because it’s cheapest there, but you can always get it on Amazon too.

Step 4: Attach skewers to the chips.

Use tape or hot glue to attach skewers to the back of your bags of chips. Depending on how many bags you’re using for your All That and a Bag of Chips gift, vary the height of the skewers by trimming them for the best visual effect.

I made (3) tall, (2) medium, and (1) short for my design and liked the way it turned out.

Pro Tip: Be sure to cut your skewers to the same length for each different height so it doesn’t end up hard to design later.

Step 5: Place the skewered chips in the foam.

I put my skewers in at an angle to create a cool fanned out design, but you can do yours however you want.

Start with the back, tallest chips, and then worked my way forward with the shorter chips for my All That and a Bag of Chips gift.

Step 6: Attach your All That and a Bag of Chips printable tag.

Print out the All That and a Bag of Chips printable tag on cardstock paper, and cut one out. The sheet will have two signs on it, so keep that in mind when printing if you need more than one.

Use hot glue to attach it to the front of the crate. I centered mine on the front of the crate, as you can see above.

That’s it! That’s all it takes to make an All That and a Bag of Chips gift! This would be a great gift idea for a co-worker, birthday gift, thank you gift, neighbor gift, and really any reason at all – because who doesn’t love chips?!
