To make Fruit Infused Water, you need to add your fruit, herbs, and vegetables to each jar, then add a few ice cubes, then put the lid on and place them in the fridge.

How long can you store Fruit Infused Water?

You can store fruit infused water for up to 3-4 days in the fridge before drinking, for best results. Obviously, the longer it’s in the fridge, the stronger the flavor will be.

It’s best to stick them in the fridge and leave them there for 4-6 hours, or ideally, overnight for the best flavor results and infusion.

We bought and used the following fruits: strawberries, blueberries, lemons, limes, oranges, cherries, and red raspberries. We bought and used the following vegetables: cucumbers.

We bought and used the following herbs and spices: freshly grated ginger, fresh basil, fresh mint. Keep in mind, if you use grated ginger, you will suck it through your straw.

Each fruit and vegetable needs to be sliced, or wedged in order for it to infuse the water properly.

For the cherries. you will need to remove their pits as well. When using fresh herbs, we tore our leaves in half before putting them in the jar to release more flavor.
