It can get incredibly expensive to give graduation gifts if you know more than one person graduating. Between Kindergarten, 8th grade, high school, college and other random graduations we always have several to attend.
While cash makes a great gift for graduates, giving something like these cute Graduation Candles as a gift, or adding it to your gift of cash, can make a great affordable, personal gift you’ll be proud to give and they will be happy to receive.

How to Make a Graduation Candle
You will need:
Free Printable Candle Labels (print these on 11×17 paper, or they won’t print right)
Candles in a jar of some sort (these ones on Amazon are a good option)
Scissors
Tape
When you print the labels on 11×17 paper, this is what they will look like. It prints two of the black and white versions, and two of the Dr. Suess inspired ones.
Each label is 15″ long, so as long as your candle is smaller around than 15″ it will fit fine.
Pro Tip: Don’t print these on cardstock, just print them on regular paper so they lay better as a label on the Graduation Candle.
Cut the desired label design out, and wrap it around your candle. Cut any excess label length off, but leave enough to let the label overlap on itself by about an inch.
Use a piece of tape to attach the label to the candle, then tape the other side of the candle label to itself to secure it.
The other design is Dr. Seuss inspired and I love it so much. Outside of a great gift to give to a graduate, this would also make a cute favor to give those attending a graduation party, as centerpieces for a graduation party etc.
Lots of different ideas and options with these candles and I can’t wait to give them as gifts this graduation season! Click HERE to print the labels.
