Homemade Mashed Potato Bowls

I use my traditional mashed potatoes recipe for these, and my super easy and delicious milk gravy to take this recipe up to a whole new level! You can use instant mashed potatoes and instant gravy mix, but it won’t taste NEARLY as good as this recipe does!

Homemade Mashed Potato Bowls

Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Tyson Fully Cooked Honey Breast Tenders
  • 6 cups url href=”https://www.downredbuddrive.com/traditional-mashed-potatoes/” target=”_blank”]mashed potatoes[/url (I just use my mashed potatoes recipe
  • 2 cups Milk Gravy
  • 12 oz bag of frozen corn
  • 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400.
  2. In a 9×13 pan, spread your mashed potatoes out evenly.
  3. Sprinkle on your frozen corn over the mashed potatoes.
  4. Next, pour the milk gravy over the top of the corn. Use a silicone spatula to spread it out evenly.
  5. Press the chicken tenders into the top of the mixture. Put them really close to each other and don’t leave any spaces. You should be able to fit three long rows in a 9×13 pan easily.
  6. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the chicken.
  7. Cook at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Serv immediately.
