Lisa Frank Party Theme | Lots of Ideas and Free Printables!

If you grew up in the 90’s, or just love animals and color then you likely also love Lisa Frank. When I set out to create some birthday printables for my site, I knew that I wanted to create printables for a Lisa Frank Party Theme. These were an absolute blast to make! My husband didn’t understand why I was making printables that look like the 90’s threw up on the page, but they’re glorious and I can’t wait for you to see them!
Don’t worry, these printable won’t cost you anything to get, I give them away for free just for you! I know throwing parties can be expensive, and any place you can cut down on costs without cutting down on the party itself is a bonus. Keep scrolling to see the ideas and to get the free Lisa Frank Party Theme printables.

Lisa Frank Party Theme
I made these Lisa Frank Party Theme using as many different characters and animals as I could. I also took the liberty to use every single print and color I could find too, beecause what’s Lisa Frank without animal prints and rainbow colors?

Cupcakes are generally a must-do for us at birthday parties because I can’t screw them up. I suck at cake decorating and cupcakes are easy, OR I can cheat and buy them store-bought and still make them look super cute with these cupcake toppers I made. The great thing about Lisa Frank is that you could literally make each one of these cupcakes a different color and they would look fabulous! You can get all the free Lisa Frank Party Theme printables by clicking HERE.
It’s super easy to make the cupcake toppers. All you do is print them out, cut them out, and then tape a toothpick onto the back of the circle and stick them into the cupcakes. Easy peasy.
The banner is a big part of the decor for any party. These banners are part of the free Lisa Frank Party Theme printables you can get by clicking HERE. The letters for the banner are made from rainbow leopard print, so it’s perfectly on theme.
To hang the banner you just need to print the banner, cut out the letters, and then use a hole punch to punch a hole in both sides of the top of the letters. Even my husband, who is not crafty, was able to do this easily without my help, so I know you can do it. Hang the banner on ribbon or twine for best results. I run the string in the holes and behind the letters so you see the banner when you hang it up, not a ton of ribbon and string.

If you don’t want to buy a big themed cake for your Lisa Frank Party Theme, you can just buy a plain cake (it can be any theme color or even lots of colors or patterns for this theme etc) and put this adorable cake topper on top! This works the same as the cupcake toppers, I just use a bamboo skewer stick instead of a toothpick since it so much bigger. This is also part of the free Lisa Frank Party Theme printables. So snag these by clicking HERE.
Treats and food for the Lisa Frank Party Theme is pretty easy. Basically think of anything that is super bright and colorful, or that was popular in the 90’s and you’d be on theme. You could also have Pop Rocks, Ring Pops, and Pez Dispensers since they were popular in the 90’s. You can get those and more on this list of Lisa Frank Party Theme ideas I found on Amazon HERE.
I always make water bottle labels for my printable party packs because they’re an easy way to turn something you will have at the party anyway into something that’s now a themed part of the decor. Just cut the labels out, remove the original water bottle label, and tape the new one on.
I’m also in love with the balloons I used for this party theme. They’re neon animal prints and so so perfect for a Lisa Frank Party Theme! I included them in this list (along with that fab neon rainbow feather boa around the cake) on this list of my favorite Lisa Frank Party Theme items on Amazon HERE.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE FREE LISA FRANK PARTY THEME PRINTABLE PACK:

GENERAL PRINTABLE PARTY PACK TIPS
PRINTING
I get these printed professionally to save on ink and to make sure they’re high quality. I find it cheaper for me to have some place like Staples or the UPS Store print these for me than it is to use my printer’s ink. Maybe I just need a new printer.
Print everything BUT the water bottle labels on cardstock. Print the water bottle labels on regular paper so they’re more pliable.
Check the printable pack before printing so you can make sure you get enough of each item that you need. I only include a single shet of water bottle labels (which is 5 labels) so if you’re planning on having 30 bottles of water, make sure you print six of that page so you have enough. Use that same line of thinking with food cards, cupcake toppers etc.
CUTTING
Channel your inner Kindergarten self and do your best cutting along the edges of these. When in doubt, go into the edge of the color to ensure there are no white edges. White edges will make it look sloppy. Use good scissors or you’ll be mad.
SUPPLIES
Outside of the printables, you will need a few other things to make your printables work for your party.
You will also need:
Scissors
Hole Punch
Tape
Toothpicks
Bamboo Skewer Sticks
Ribbon or Twine
