Making super cute treats for school functions, or functions where you have to bring a store-bought treat, can be frustrating! I always want to make something custom or adorable, and I’m stuck buying the same things from Walmart that everyone else is bringing. I’ve found a loophole! I can buy store-bought cupcakes and then bring cupcake toppers I made to put on the cupcakes! These Valentine Cupcakes for Kids are great for school parties, and have adorable little sayings on them that kids will love.
Valentine’s Day is sometimes silly for kids. All the ooey-gooey, mushy love stuff makes them laugh, so it’s fun to play to that. I love these little printable cupcake toppers because they have sayings on them that kids will think are funny. The sayings are things like: Love Bites (with a shark), and Cupid is Stupid. There are also cute Valentine sayings with emojis and donuts, which kids love too!

I always print gift tags, banners and cake and cupcake toppers etc (like for my themed printable birthday kits – see all the available themes HERE) on cardstock. These cupcake toppers print twelve to a page, so you can print one page per every dozen cupcakes.
After you cut the cupcake toppers out, I use a toothpick and a piece of tape to attach the topper to the cupcake. Tape the toothpick to the back of the circle you cut out, and then you can easily stick this into your Valentine Cupcakes for Kids.
