Nothing is better than being able to make someone laugh. We always do gag gift exchanges a couple of times during the holiday season with our Church and our family, and it’s always my favorite part of the holidays!
Getting creative is half the fun and watching someone laugh as they open it is the rest. I cannot wait to gift this Rootin Tootin Christmas Gift at one of our get togethers because I know it’s going to be a hit!
Outside of it being adorable, the printable tags I made for it are free for you to print on your own, and the gift itself is pretty cheap too. Perfect for trying to stay under a certain dollar amount, which is always one of the rules for our get togethers too.
If you’re just here for the free printables, and don’t want to read the tips on printing and instructions on how to put these together below, then you can get those HERE.

Step 2. Print and cut the tags.
I print the tags on cardstock paper so it’s a little sturdier since they’re used as tags. Cut them out, and punch a hole in the top left corner.
I used a smaller curling ribbon to tie the tag on. When you print the tags they print four to a page so you can save on paper if you need multiple. Get the free printable tags for the Rootin Tootin Christmas Gift HERE.
Step 3: Connect the cans.
Stack a can of root beer on top of the beans, and use a sturdy Christmas ribbon to tie them together so they stay together snugly.
I love this Rootin Tootin Christmas Gift idea because outside of a cute gag gift, it’s also quick and easy to make. Especially during the holidays I am always running like a crazy person and lose track of time, so it’s nice to have something in my arsenal that I can just put together quickly without a lot of prep.
